Backlight driver example that run under Windows CE 6.0

Here is an example of the Windows CE 6.0 Backlight driver. The BLK_Init is initialize few wait handles, and start BKL_BacklightEventThread thread. The BKL_BacklightEventThread simply wait for events from Control Panel, User Activity, and User Inactivity, and backlight level changes.
